In turn, I. Bliznets noted that he hopes to overcome, within the framework of cooperation, the “colossal crisis of personnel in the field of intellectual property”.

“CRSEA proposed to set up a system of education so that the organization would be staffed with personnel with the most up-to-date education, having both practical and theoretical knowledge. We are currently implementing two main joint projects: training of specialists under bachelor degree courses, master degree courses and post-graduate training and training of schoolchildren. Our cooperation with CRSEA will help to overcome the colossal crisis of personnel in the field of intellectual property”, the Rector of RSAIP said.
